Hey Today! - Strange EP

Hey Today! is getting set to release a new single titled Strange on Lektroluv Records on September 6th. The five track EP contains one original and four remixes done by Boris Dlugosch, Polymorphic, Munk, and Mould (Beatport Exclusive). The original is glitch-filled and awesome. The Boris Dlugosch takes the listener back to the day's of cocaine and big hair, with a driving bassline and a Miami Vice-inspired synth pad. Polymorphic's remix of Strange sounds like he summoned a few demons to help him create it. Heavy, dark and massive are words that come to mind when listening to the Polymorphic remix. Last, but certaintly not least, Munk's remix introduces piano chords into the equation and turns Strange into something hipsters can get down to. I have yet to hear the Mould remix so I can't comment on its' behalf. Hey Today! have really proven themselves to be versatile producers with substantial expertise over many different genres. Strange comes out September 6th on Beatport.
